About us

A family-run flooring contractor from Citrus Heights, serving homes across Greater Sacramento

Oak plank floor LR Flooring installed in a Sacramento-area great room

A family business, built one home at a time

LR Flooring is a family-run flooring contractor led by owner Lilian Roscoe and based in Citrus Heights. We started with a simple idea: treat every house we work in the way we'd want our own home treated. That means honest advice, clear pricing and a crew that cleans up before it leaves.

Because we're a family business, you deal with the same people from the first visit to the last plank. No call centers and no hand-offs to strangers. Just a team that knows your project and cares how it turns out.

We bring the samples to you

We don't run a showroom, and that's on purpose. Instead, a flooring specialist comes to your home with samples so you can see colors in your own light, next to your own cabinets and walls. We measure every room and give you a written quote during the same visit.

We install carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl plank and laminate in homes from Roseville and Folsom to Elk Grove and Davis. With no showroom lease to pay for, more of your budget goes into the floor itself.

Ready when you are: book a free in-home estimate, and ask about financing, subject to credit approval.
